What does First Broad Street United Methodist Church Contemporary Worship Ministry believe?

We believe that every single person is created to give praise and glory to God, who created us. As we sing songs together, we do exactly that—we are worshiping our God. We give praise, worship, and thanksgiving to God for who He is and for His amazing grace He has shown us. We are delighted you're here at FBSUMC and we invite you to join in and let the presence of God touch your heart as He touches ours. As we desire individually to grow in our personal relationships in Christ we invite you to join in helping us lead others in worshiping our God as we grow together in unity.

If you are interested in joining The FBSUMC Contemporary Worship Team, we are committed to seeing that your gifts are affirmed and are given an opportunity to grow. We believe that gifts are from God to people and for people. Your gifts matter to God and to us! We would love to help nurture those gifts. We do ask that prior to serving you would have:

• Attended FBSUMC faithfully and consider FBS your home church
• Completed the Worship Volunteer Questionnaire
• Make an appointment to audition with the Contemporary Worship Department
