“The Practice of Godliness” by Jerry Bridges
What does it mean to develop Christian character? How do we live a life pleasing to God? Using our Bibles and a book and study guide by Jerry Bridges, the class will look at how the fruit of the Spirit grows out of a life devoted to God.

“Parenting: The Early Years” by Drs. Les & Leslie Parrott
This is a 6-week video-driven study which takes a Biblical approach in exploring the traits parents want their children to have and what traits they want their children to see modeled in them. A small group for prayer and reflection including practice in centering prayer and lectio divina.

South Sudan: A Struggle to Survive
This study will provide an insight to the root causes of civil war in Sudan as well as help us understand how the church can become significant in their struggle to begin a new life in South Sudan. A suggested reading for this study is "They Poured Fire on Us From the Sky". This is a compelling narrative from three of the "Lost Boys of Sudan" of how their childhood was lost to war, and their determination to persevere through years of fleeing and surviving on their own.
